I’ve been watching an odd phenomenon here in America. It seems that there are many municipalities (especially in the East) that are tearing up paved roads and replacing them with gravel roads. There’s quite a bit of speculation and spin going on around this phenomenon, but when push comes to shove, the reason is simple… the municipalities can no longer afford to maintain paved roads.
This is significant, I think. The empire can no longer maintain its internal infrastructure. Historians see this, and red flags pop-up all over the place.

Today, the total American defense budget is somewhere around 1,025 billion dollars.
After the deployment of our thirty-thousand troops to Afghanistan, there will be around ninety-eight thousand American soldiers in that country. What wasn’t mentioned by President Obama (nor anyone else) is that there are also 104,000 American paid mercenaries in Afghanistan. Get it? There are more mercenaries than there are soldiers.
Yup, red flags. We’re fighting occupational wars with mercenary armies.

Officially… about every one in ten Americans are jobless. Unofficial sources put that number closer to two in ten.
But we all know that those numbers aren’t real. Many of us work two or three jobs, have had our pay cut, our hours cut, and don’t get any benefits. No matter how hard we work, we can’t make it. It’s called “underemployment” and it is real.
306,627 Americans foreclosed on their homes in November 2009. No, that’s not for the year. That’s for the month. So far this year, there have been 3.9 million.
45,000 Americans die each year because they can’t afford medical treatment.
The United States Senate is currently arguing about a healthcare bill that will solve the healthcare crises by fining people who don’t buy health insurance. This is much akin to fining people who don’t have jobs. Problem solved, right?
It’s all third-world shit. A small economic/military elite, and a large poor, ignorant, superstitious, and exploited general population…. The Underclass. The Masses. The Peasants. Serfs. Goobers. The people who don’t count.
It’s nothing personal.

I’m not writing all of this doom and gloom to harsh your mellow. I’m writing it because I have a question……
The question is pointed at the teabaggers and others who want “their” government back. I get it. Really. You want smaller government and fewer taxes. You want the Free Market (unrestrained predatory capitalism) to be the rule. You want to chase out all the illegal immigrants and build a Great Wall between Mexico and the United States. I understand all of this.
The question is this… “What are your plans?”
I mean, once you get rid of all government regulations and agencies, eliminate all taxes, and get rid of all the non-white people in America… What is your plan? What concrete steps are you going to take to alleviate the suffering of your fellow Americans? Well… white Americans anyway.
And once you present these wonderful new plans, how are you going to pay for their implementation? Remember, no taxes, no regulations.

It’s a straw man. Rhetorical and disingenuous in every way. It is all of this and more. It’s a long way around the barn to point out the incredible gullibility and stupidity of Beck/Palin contingent. America has real problems, and we need more than teabag protests to fix these real-world problems.
Right now, the vast majority of Americans see you as a bunch of ignorant, self-indulgent, narcissistic, racist, uncompromising, xenophobic, superstitious, homophobic, conspiracy theorists. Is that true?
If not, then I invite you to the discussion. What is your plan for the future?
But if it is true… if you really are nothing more than a bunch of ignorant, self-indulgent, narcissistic, racist, uncompromising, xenophobic, superstitious, homophobic, conspiracy theorists… then you’ll get what you deserve. You’ll end up as one of those terrible numbers, and you won’t know why. And remember… It’s nothing personal.
